Please call our office for an up-to-date list of the insurance plans our providers are in-network with.

For out-of network plans, payment in full for services will be required at the time of of your visit. Rates are determined by insurance-based reasonable and customary pricing and are provided in-person at the office per request. We will provide you with a payment receipt for submission to your insurance per your request.

Do you accept my insurance?

Please see our accepted insurance plans list above or call our office for an up-to-date list of currently accepted insurance plans. You may also call your insurance provider to confirm if our providers are currently in-network. We will always confirm with you prior to scheduling your appointment whether or not our providers accept your insurance and/or are in-network with your insurance plan.

Should I contact my insurance provider?

We recommend confirming with your insurance provider whether or not our providers are in-network with your insurance plan prior to scheduling your appointment. Speaking with your insurance provider may help you fully understand your benefits, coverage, and policy details. Don’t forget to ask about covered services!

Do I need to contact Aesthetic Dermatology and Mohs Surgery?

Even if we are out-of-network with your insurance provider or specific plan, we may still be able to accommodate your needs. Additionally, you can contact us to confirm that your primary care physician has completed the referral process and to schedule an appointment. Even if we are unable to see you as a patient, we are happy to recommend other providers in the area that may be in-network for your insurance provider or specific plan.

Do I need a referral?

Depending on your insurance, a referral from a healthcare provider may be necessary prior to your appointment. We recommend contacting your insurance provider or your primary care provider (PCP) to ask if you need a referral to be seen by our providers.  Per your request, we can work with your provider to make the referral process simple.

How can my healthcare provider send a referral?

Your healthcare provider can send a referral by phone, fax, or online. Please guide them to our For Referring Providers section.

Will you see me if my insurance is out-of-network?

Yes, absolutely!

We believe you have the freedom to choose your physician. If our providers are out-of-network for your insurance plan, payment in full for services will be required at the time of of your visit. Rates are determined by insurance-based reasonable and customary pricing and are provided in-person at the office per request.

We will provide you with a payment receipt for submission to your insurance per request. We encourage you to file a claim with your insurance provider, as they may cover a portion of your treatment. We will provide you with the necessary documentation for filing and will answer any questions you may have about the process.

What if I don't use insurance?

For patients not using insurance, payment in full for services will be required at the time of of your visit. Rates are determined by insurance-based reasonable and customary pricing and are provided in-person at the office per request. We will provide you with a payment receipt for submission to your insurance per request. Payment for services will be required on the day that service is rendered. Rest assured, we provide transparent pricing, ensuring that you are completely informed about your potential costs before you receive treatment.
