Your visit

During your visit, you will receive a thorough dermatologic evaluation and personalized treatment from our board-certified dermatologists and expertly trained advanced practice providers. Our goal is to address our patients’ skin health concerns and treat their skin conditions accurately and effectively with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

Check-out

After your visit, we will provide you with personalized information regarding your recommended treatment plan and/or after procedure care. Our team will assist you in scheduling a follow-up visit if needed and our front desk coordinators will help settle any payment for services rendered. We ensure complete transparency throughout the billing process and we are happy to answer all of your questions to the best of our ability.

Wait for insurance claims

For patients using insurance, we understand the importance of timely claims processing. While waiting for your insurance provider to settle your claims, we encourage you to reach out to them directly with any questions regarding your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Please remember that an EOB is not an invoice and is not always the amount you will be charged. We are here to guide and support you through the the insurance claims process if needed.

Settle your account

We strive for accuracy and transparency in our billing. Because we collect payment the day service is rendered, it is possible we may over or under collect as claims are being settled. In these events, we are committed to resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Under collection
You will receive a statement by mail for any outstanding balance. Payment options are available in our Payments section.

Over collection
Any excess payments made to us will be refunded to you to the payment method you used during your visit or mailed as a check to your address on file.
